| 摘 要慢性乙型肝炎感染是至今仍然困扰全球的一个健康问题。随着抗乙肝病毒药物的迅速发展，开展抗乙肝药物经济学评价以研究药物治疗方案的成本与效果及其关系是药物经济学评价研究的重要内容。本文通过检索PubMed、Web of Science等英文数据库近5年内公开发表关于乙肝防治方案药物经济学评价文献，对文献研究内容、研究结果进行系统述评。本文通过对相关文献的分析研究来简要介绍乙肝防治方案的药物经济学评价的方法和近期研究结果。 |

| ABSTRACTChronic hepatitis B (CHB) infection remains a major global health problem. With the rapid development of anti HBV drugs, economic evaluation to study the cost and effectiveness of anti HBV drug therapies and their relationship is an important part of pharmacoeconomic evaluation. We searched for papers which are about pharmacoeconomic evaluation of hepatitis B prevention and treatment, published nearly five years in PubMed, Web of science databases and systematically reviewed the contents and research results. This review will analyze these literature to summarize and introduce the pharmacoeconomics evaluation methods and research results of hepatitis B prevention and treatment. |
