      摘 要 目的:了解北京市某高校大学生自我药疗行为的现状及其影响因素,为提高大学生自我药疗的合理用药水平提供参考。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷,通过分层随机抽样方法对北京市某高校800名大学生进行问卷调查,收集自我药疗行为资料。结果:该高校大学生在校期间自我药疗的报告率为78.7%。42.6%的大学生把个人经验作为自我药疗最主要的依据,不同人群的比例:高年级>低年级,医学生>非医学生,农村学生>城镇学生,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01);此外,受访大学生专业和自我药疗行为显著相关(P<0.05)。结论:高校大学生自我药疗行为较为普遍,且在用药行为上存在一定的安全隐患,需加强对大学生自我药疗行为的干预和引导,开展普及用药安全知识相关培训,提高大学生安全合理自我药疗的水平。
英文摘要:
      ABSTRACT Objective:To determine the status of self medication behaviors among college students in Beijing and their influencing factors in order to promote reasonable self medication behavior and secure use of drugs. Methods: A cross sectional survey was undertaken which recruited a total of 800 students randomly from one university. Information regarding self medication behaviors were collected using pretested self designed questionnaire.Results:Self medication use was reported by 78.7% of the subjects during the college. 42.6%  of the students took personal experience as the main basis of their self medication behavior. Among these students, the proportion of senior students, medical students and rural students were significantly higher than junior students, non medical students and urban students, respectively ( P<0.01). Specialized subject was significantly correlated with the behaviors of self medication (P<0.05). Conclusion:Since the high prevalence of self medication in college students were accompanied with potential risk of irrational drug use, actions like health education should be taken to improve reasonable behaviors of self medication status.
