| 摘 要我国除预防接种异常反应补偿机制外，在药品不良反应损害救济制度方面尚为空白,由此引起的社会矛盾日益凸显。本文通过对德国、瑞典、美国、日本及我国台湾地区几个国家具有代表性的药品不良反应损害救济制度进行具体分析，思考我国药品不良反应损害救济存在的问题及制度的构建。 |

| ABSTRACTThere exists no relief system for ADR damages but the compensation mechanism for vaccination abnormal reaction resulting from the vaccination in our country at present, which has caused more promonent social contradiction. On the basis of specifically analyzing the typical relief systems for ADR damages adopted in such countries and regions as Germany, Sweden, the United States, Japan, and Taiwan area of our China, and the current situation of ADR damages relief in our country, we explores and establishes the relief system of our China for ADR damages. |
