| 摘 要 目的：了解武汉地区医院儿童止咳中成药的使用情况与特点。方法：对武汉地区31家医院2014~2016年儿童止咳中成药的应用品种数、销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）、与日均费用（DDC）等进行回顾性统计分析。结果：武汉地区医院儿童止咳中成药的用药金额与DDDs所占比例呈逐年减少趋势，但儿童专用止咳中成药用药金额与DDDs所占比例逐年明显增长。儿童止咳中成药用药金额与DDDs同步性良好，DDC值趋于稳定。结论：武汉地区医院儿童专用止咳中成药的临床使用越来越多。临床需要合理选用儿童止咳中成药，并注意相关事项。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To investigate the utilization and characteristics of Chinese traditional patent medicine (CTPM) for relieving cough in children in hospital of Wuhan. Methods:The utilization data of CTPM for relieving cough in children were statistically analyzed in 31 hospitals of Wuhan during 2014 2016 in terms of consumption sum, DDDs, and DDC.Results: Although the proportions of consumption sum and DDDs of CTPM for relieving cough which can be used in children were on the decrease each year, the proportions of CTPM for relieving cough which are designed for children were increasing year by year. The DDC remain stable during 2014 2016.Conclusion:The demand for pediatric CTPM for relieving cough is increasing. Diagnosis and treatment should be based on an overall analysis of the illness and the pediatric patient's condition, and more attention should be paid to relevant matter. |
