| ABSTRACTClinical pharmacist actively participated in the case of pulmonary tuberculosis patient after renal transplantation of anti tuberculosis treatment base on evidence based evidence, combine with the patient's condition, drug interaction and coorperate with the doctor to provide pharmaceutical care to patients. Considered the existing clinical guidlines, clinical researchs, knowledge of clinical economy, clinical pharmacist provided pharmaceutical care for patients and promoted the clinical rational drug use by analyse the choice of drug, drug interactions, adverse reactions and the rationality of the drug treatment. |
