ABSTRACT Objective:To analyze the distribution of genetic polymorphism of CYP2C19 gene in some patients of Han nationality with coronary artery disease in Lianyungang area from 2014 2017, in order to provide reference for the individualized treatment of anti platelet drugs. Methods:The CYP2C19 genotypes of 302 patients with coronary heart disease in 2014 2017 were determined, and the distribution frequencies of metabolic phenotypes were counted and compared between Lianyungang and other regions. Results:The frequencies of CYP2C19*1, *2, *3, *17 alleles were 62.58%, 29.30%, 5.46% and 2.65%, respectively. And the frequencies of CYP2C19*1/*1, *1/*2, *1/*3, *1/*17, *2/*17, *3/*17, *2/*2, *2/*3 genotypes were 36.42%, 41.06%, 7.29%, 3.98%, 0.99%, 0.33%, 6.62% and 3.31%, respectively. The frequencies of different metabolic phenotype in the patients were as follows: Ultra fast metabolizer 12 cases (3.98%), extensive metabolizer 110 cases (36.42%), intermediate metabolizer 150 cases (49.67%) and poor metabolizer 30 cases (9.93%). There were no significant differences in the distribution of metabolic phenotype between Lianyungang area and other regions in China (P>0.05). 〖WTHZ〗Conclusion:〖WTBZ〗The genotype of coronary heart disease in Han population of Lianyungang area was mainly CYP2C19*1/*2 mutant heterozygous type, and the metabolic phenotype was mainly intermediate metabolic type, and there was no regional difference between Lianyungang area and other regions of China. |
