| ABSTRACT The article reports pharmaceutical care of a renal transplantation recipient with mucormycosisco infection caused by Acinetobacter baumanii, and introduced clinical pharmacist’s services in the treatment protocol of antimicrobial use of mucor infection, carbapene resistant Acinetobacter baumannii infection, drug interactions, adverse drug reactions and other aspects involved in patient medication safety. |
