      摘 要通过文献检索的方法,从中国知网(CNKI)、PubMed等主要中外文数据库和主要国内外相关政府机构网站收集有关亚硫酸盐潜在危害的相关文献和资料并进行综述,探讨复方氨基酸溶液中添加亚硫酸盐作为抗氧化剂是否存在不合理性。综述结果表明亚硫酸盐对人体的危害主要体现在三个方面:(1)诱发超敏反应;(2)诱发基因突变或破坏遗传物质;(3)器官和神经系统毒性。国际组织和主要发达国家政府都采取了相应的措施对亚硫酸盐的使用进行管控,且呈现逐渐禁止其使用的趋势。亚硫酸盐是导致复方氨基酸不良反应/不良事件的重要因素。因此复方氨基酸中使用亚硫酸盐作为抗氧化剂存在风险,可能导致不良反应的增加,应提倡选用更加安全的不含亚硫酸盐的复方氨基酸。
英文摘要:
      ABSTRACTThis study aimed to review the papers about the potential harm of sulfites added into compound amino acid injections as antioxidants and investigate whether it’s appropriate to add sulfites into compound amino acid injections. Literature review methods were utilized to obtain papers about the potential risks of sulfites use from Chinese and foreign databases such as CNKI and PubMed as well as related materials from websites of international organizations and different governments. The results indicated that the harm of sulfites to human bodies are in 3 aspects: (1) inducing hypersensitive symptoms; (2) inducing gene mutations or genetic materials damage; (3) organs and nervous system toxicity. Some international organizations and main developed countries government all introduced related regulations to restrict the use of sulfites and there is a trend of banning its use. Sulfites play an important role in the adverse effects/incidents of using compound amino acid injections. So there is a risk of using sulfites as antioxidants in compound amino acid injections and it should be advocated to use sulfite free compound amino acid injections.
