ABSTRACT Objective:To investigate the influence of the status, family factors and social factors on the compliance of patients with schizophrenia in community, and analyze the characteristics of community schizophrenic patients with good drug compliance. Methods:From June 2016 to December, 570 patients with schizophrenia diagnosed in the community, using Morisky Scale (MAQ) to investigate the compliance of patients with medication, design questionnaires to collect and analyze demographic data, medication attitude scale (DAI), positive and negative symptom scale (PANSS) as the observation index, through the analysis of the factors related to patients’ self, family and society, to understand the influencing factors of patients’ compliance with medication. Results:The drug was not treated from 302 cases (53.0%), according to 268 cases (47.0%), logistic regression analysis showed that the main factors influencing the compliance of the patients were the number of DAI, PANSS, the incidence of somatic diseases, morbidity and physician patient relationship (P<0.05). Conclusion:The harmonious family member relations and the Good Medical Alliance form the social support system, positively appraises the patient’s subjective feeling and the treatment experience, may raise the patient to take medication the compliance, promotes the social function recovery, has the realistic instruction significance. |
