ABSTRACT Objective: To assess the clinical use and occurance of adverse reactions of Kangai injection, and to provide reference for rational drug use. Methods:Based on hospital centralized monitoring method, the clinical data of Kangai injection in our hospital from November 2016 to March 2017 was tracked and analyzed.Results:A total of 1 000 inpatients were enrolled in this study. Among them, 2.5% were not in accordance with the medication purpose, 2.1% received unsuitable dose, 0.8% were received a over long course of treatment and 0.5% received unsuitable solvent dose. And 1 cases of adverse drug reaction (ADR) were monitored, with the ADR incidence rate of 0.1%. Conclusion: The clinical use of Kangai injection in our hospital is partly irrational. In order to ensure the safe, effective and economical use, the drug should be strictly used according to the instructions. |
