| ABSTRACT Objective: To understand the off label drug use of Chinese traditional medicine injection in elderly tumor patients in our hospital. Methods:From January 2015 to July 2017, 730 cases of senile tumor patients who were treated with traditional Chinese medicine injection were selected. According to the drug instructions and related literature screening out the off label drugs, the statistics were carried out from different departments, different drugs, different diseases, different types of off lable and other aspects respectively. Results:There were 1 175 medical orders in 730 medical records,involving 12 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injections, 290 medical records of overstatement, accounting for 39.73% of the total medical records. The number of prescriptions was 376, accounting for 32.00% of the total number of prescriptions, involving 10 kinds of drugs. Shuganning injection was the first three Chinese medicine injectors in the order of superscript. Salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenolic acid and Danhong injection were used for injection. The proportion of salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenolic acid injection, Hongjingtian injection and Yiqi Fumai injection were 100%. Super specification type ranking the first three were supersolute type, superindications and overtherapy, and the majority of patients were lung cancer patients, followed by liver cancer and colon cancer. Conclusion: The phenomenon of Chinese traditional medicine injection off lable drug use was common in the elderly tumor patients in our hospital, we should strengthen the management and make standard and reasonable of off lable drug use. |
