ABSTRACT Objective: To study the characteristics of new and serious ADR cases which associated with anti infection drugs in Changsha during 2016. Methods:340 ADR cases induced by anti infection drugs,which collected from Adverse Reaction Monitoring Center of Changsha in 2016 were retrospectively analyzed in terms of the general situation of ADR report, the sex and age of patients, the route of administration, the types and varieties of drugs involved, ADR involved organs or systems, outcome, correlation evaluation, unreasonable drug use and outcome. Results:of the 340 new and severe ADR caused by anti infective drugs, the proportion of patients older than 60 years was large. The patients with intravenous administration in the route of administration were more than 55%. 99.12% of ADR reports originated from medical institutions; 340 cases of new and severe ADR which induced by anti infective drugs, involving a total of 14 categories of drugs. The proportion of cephalosporins was the largest. And the proportion of severe ADR caused by anti TB drugs was the largest. ADR involved in the organ or system with the majority of systemic damage, serious ADR has 130 cases (57.85%). There were unreasonable drug problems in 39 cases, accounting for 11.47%, in which the primary cause was excessive doses, followed by no indication, inappropriate drug selection, unreasonable combination, inappropriate solvent selection, inappropriate dosing frequency and the infusion. Conclusion:Anti infection drugs induced ADR are related with many kinds of factors. It is very important to pay more attention to rational use anti infection drugs and to prevent serious ADR caused by unreasonable use of drugs. Furthermore, In the evaluation of the new ADR, it must be in strict accordance with standard evaluation and to ensure that the data is true and accurate. |
