ABSTRACT Objective:The adverse drug reactions (ADR) occurred in our hospital past five years were analyzed, so as to promote the rational use of drugs. Methods:A total of 1 293 cases of ADR reported in our hospital from 2013 to 2017 were analyzed. It was statistically analyzed from patients’ occupation, general situation, medication, clinical manifestations and outcome. Results:The proportion of men and women in ADR patients was 1.36 ∶〖KG-*4〗1, 103 patients had previous adverse drug reactions (8.0%), combined use of drugs in 227 patients (17.6%). Antimicrobial drugs and anti tumor drugs were 28.1%, 25.8%. The main ADR damages were the skin and its accessories, gastrointestinal system. The results of correlation assessment showed that the proven, probably and possible ADR were 99(7.7%),798(61.7%) and 396(30.6%) cases, respectively. The classification results of ADR included general 1 082(83.7%), severe 137(10.6%) and new 74(5.7%). Conclusion: To strengthen the monitoring of antimicrobial drugs and anti cancer drugs ADR, reduce the intravenous administration, in order to reduce or avoid the occurrence of ADR. |
