| 摘 要 目的：了解湖北省药品医疗器械安全性监测哨点医院的工作现状，摸清影响监测工作的问题所在。方法：采用问卷调查的方式,收集哨点医院3年来药品、医疗器械不良反应监测体系建设相关的各项内容，并通过走访和座谈的方式了解哨点医院两项监测发展困境和制约因素。结果：21家医院确立为省级哨点医院后，充分发挥报告来源主渠道地位的作用，监测体系及报告数量、质量均有一定程度的提升。结论：哨点医院的建设有效提高了不良反应监测工作在医院内的地位，但仍存在不足之处需要进一步加强建设。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To investigate the Hubei drug medical devices safety monitoring sentinel of the current work of the hospital, understand the problem of impact monitoring work. Methods: Using questionnaire to collect three years the sentinel hospital drugs, medical devices adverse reaction monitoring system related to the content, and through the visit and discussion of the way to understand the two monitoring sentinel hospital development difficulties and restricting factors. Results: 21 hospitals established for sentinel hospitals at the provincial level, give full play to the role of main channel status report source, monitoring system and report to quality has a certain degree of improvement. Conclusion:The sentinel hospital construction improved the position of adverse drug reactions monitoring work in the hospital, but there were still some deficiencies needed to further strengthen the construction. |
