| 摘 要 目的：探讨分析头孢哌酮/舒巴坦（2∶1)致凝血功能异常的影响因素。 方法：对2017年6月~2018年7月使用头孢哌酮/舒巴坦（2∶1)治疗的患者134例进行回顾性分析，根据是否发生凝血功能异常分为正常组和异常组，使用Logistic回归模型分析引起头孢哌酮/舒巴坦致凝血功能异常的危险因素。 结果：39例（29.1%）患者出现凝血功能异常。单因素分析显示，两组患者的头孢哌酮/舒巴坦给药剂量、血清白蛋白含量、胃肠道疾病、饮食情况以及营养情况分布的差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。Logistic回归分析结果表明，头孢哌酮/舒巴坦给药剂量、患者营养情况、饮食情况为患者发生凝血功能异常的独立危险因素（P＜0.05）。 结论：较高的用药剂量、营养中重度不良和禁食可增加头孢哌酮/舒巴坦引起凝血功能异常的风险，此类人群在应用头孢哌酮/舒巴坦时应密切监测凝血功能。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To explore the influencing factors of coagulation abnormalities induced by cefoperazone/sulbactam. 〖WTHZ〗Methods:〖WTBZ〗A retrospective study among the 134 cases who treated by cefoperazone/sulbactam in the period from June 2017 to July 2018, and the patients were divided into two groups according to whether the occurrence of coagulation abnormalities. Influencing factors were screened with Logistic regression analysis. 〖WTHZ〗Results:〖WTBZ〗Among the subjects, 39 cases (29.1%) developed coagulation abnormalities. The sin gle factor analysis showed there were statistical significance between the two groups in the dosage of cefoperazone/sulbactam, albumin, abdominal disease, dietary condition and nutritional status (P＜0.05). The Logistic analysis showed that dosage of cefoperazone/sulbactam, dietary condition and nutritional status were independent risk factors for coagulation abnormalities (P＜0.05). 〖WTHZ〗Conclusion:〖WTBZ〗Higher dosage, fasting and malnutrition could increase the risk of coagulation abnormalities induced by cefoperazone/sulbactam. Coagulation function parameters should be closely monitored in this population when treated with cefoperazone/sulbactam. |
