| ABSTRACT A retrospective analysis was given on the TCM pharmaceutical service to patient with black fur in department of cardiology. Clinical pharmacist advised physician to adjust Chinese patent medicine, actively carried out pharmaceutical care, and educated patients with drug use, which promoted the rational drug use of patients. It is indicated that the pharmacist and physician's cooperation in the adjustment of treatment plan can improve the level of drug therapy, which reflects the significance of carrying out clinical pharmacy service. |
