| 摘 要本文介绍临床药师参与1例腹膜透析伴左下肢截肢术后患者的诊疗过程，分析腹膜透析伴左下肢截肢术后药物治疗并小结药学监护的经验。临床药师结合患者腹膜透析的特殊病理状态，在碘造影剂、抗栓药物、镇痛药物及低钾血症处理方面，从药物选择、剂量调整、给药途径等角度进行分析，提供药学建议，并进行药学监护，充分发挥了临床药师在疾病治疗过程中的协同作用，促进临床合理用药。 |

| ABSTRACTTo analyze the drug therapy on a patient with peritoneal dialysis and left lower limb amputation, and summarize the experience of pharmaceutical care. Clinical pharmacist participated in treatment of a peritoneal dialysis with left lower limb amputation, in combination with the special pathological state of peritoneal dialysis, iodine contrast agents, anticoagulant drugs, analgesics and hypokalemia were analyzed from the perspective of drug selection, dose adjustment and route of administration, provided pharmaceutical suggestions and performed pharmaceutical care. Clinical pharmacists take an active part in clinical treatment, give full play to the synergistic effect, and promote the rational use of medicine in clinic. |
