ABSTRACT Objective:To understand the cognitive level, behavior and demand for drug use education of Yinchuan residents, and to explore the possible risk factors and educational needs for drug use. 〖WTHZ〗Methods:〖WTBZ〗550 questionnaires were randomly distributed to residents over 19 years old in three administrative districts of Yinchuan City. SPSS 20.0 was used to analyze the results of the survey, descriptive analysis and variance analysis were used to analyze the residents’ basic information and KAP survey, and correlation and stepwise regression analysis were used to analyze the impact of residents’ basic information on their drug use cognition, behavior and demand for drug use education. 〖WTHZ〗Results:〖WTBZ〗A total of 524 valid questionnaires were obtained, with an effective recovery rate of 95.3%. The average scores of drug use cognition and behavior of residents were (70.6±3.0) and (60.7±2.0) respectively, which all met the “good” criteria of the questionnaire. Correlation and regression analysis showed that education level, work status and occupation were the significant influencing factors of drug use deficiency, and work status was the influencing factor of poor drug use behavior. Residents’ educational needs vary with their monthly income, medical security, education, work status and occupation, and their participation in medication education is not consistent with their attitude. 〖WTHZ〗Conclusion:〖WTBZ〗The average risk of drug use in Yinchuan city is low, but it is still necessary to strengthen drug use education for the special population with low income, low education level and unemployment, and the level of drug use educators must be further strengthened. Pharmacists must adopt the mode of drug use education combining online and offline while improving the level of drug use service. They working mode should be changed from “drug centered” to “mass centered”, so as to make the public recognize rational drug use. Knowledge and behavior achieve deep development. |
