| 摘 要本文通过检索近10年国内外发表的药物经济学文献，搜集Markov模型应用于治疗胃癌的药物经济学评价文献，对文献的评价方法和评价内容进行总结分析。最终纳入9篇文献，均为评价中晚期胃癌用药方案，涉及靶向用药的有4篇。建立的Markov模型均为经典的3个状态，运行时间1~30年不等，但模型存在成本计算和健康产出衡量标准不统一的问题，无法进行合并分析，不能得出最佳治疗方案。今后的研究应进一步提高治疗胃癌药物经济学研究中Markov模型应用的规范性和统一性，增加研究结果的可信度，使其在治疗胃癌的药物经济学研究中得到进一步推广应用。 |

| ABSTRACT By searching the pharmacoeconomic literature published in recent 10 years at home and abroad, this paper collected the articles on pharmacoeconomic evaluation of gastric cancer using Markov model, and summarized the evaluation methods and contents of the articles. Finally, nine literatures were included to evaluate the drug regimen for advanced gastric cancer, and four of them involved targeted drug use. The established Markov models were all in three states with running time ranging from 1 to 30 years. However, the cost calculation and health output measurement criteria of the models were not uniform, so it was impossible to conduct a combined analysis and to obtain the best treatment plan. Future research should improve the standardization and unification of Markov model application in pharmacoeconomics research of gastric cancer, increase the reliability of the research results, and promote its application in pharmacoeconomics research of gastric cancer. |
